Tape Extensions are also known as Tape Hair Extensions and Tape-in Extensions. This is a gentle method with flat, flexible attachments that sit discreetly against the head.

Recommended quantity for a full head of extensions

For 30–50 cm, we generally recommend 100–150 g.
For 60–70 cm, we generally recommend 150–200 g.
A smaller quantity is usually needed if you only want to add volume.

The amount of hair needed also depends on the thickness of your own hair and how full you want the result to be.

The difference between the options

Single Drawn: Contains strands of varying lengths, creating thinner ends and a natural, gently tapered finish.
Double Drawn: Contains a higher proportion of full-length strands, creating fuller, more even ends from the attachment point to the tips.
Seamless: Features a thin, discreet attachment that makes the hair appear to grow directly out of the tape, helping it blend into your own hair.

Care

Hair extensions require more care than your own hair. Your natural hair receives nourishment through the roots, whereas extensions do not. It is therefore important to care for your extensions and use moisturizing products to prevent the hair from becoming dry or tangled or losing its shine.

Do not wash the hair for at least 48 hours after application.
Keep your hair braided when sleeping or exercising.
Detangle and brush the hair every morning and evening, and before showering.
Use moisturizing products designed for hair extensions.
Avoid salt water and chlorinated water.
Use a hair mask and hair oil to help care for the hair.

Washing the hair

Use shampoo for dry hair rather than shampoo for oily hair.
The shampoo should not contain alcohol or sulfates.
Wash the hair with lukewarm water and a moisturizing shampoo. Do not rub the hair.
Follow with a moisturizing conditioner, and preferably use a hair mask as well.
Gently squeeze excess water out of the hair and pat it dry with a towel. Do not rub the hair with the towel.
Allow the hair to air-dry.
You can then straighten, curl and style the hair as you wish.

Coloring the hair

The hair has already been color-treated during manufacturing, so we do not recommend coloring it again. Any coloring is therefore done at your own risk.
